For our “pre-trip”, below is how your journey will begin!
Istrian Peninsula Pre-Trip Itinerary – June 10-16, 2024
Travel to Croatia for a culturally immersive experience with Nada Cory. Discover the unbounded beauty of this land, her people, the Bosnian Pyramids and its neighboring regions.
Nada Maria Cory, Founder and President of Nadona International and the Joseph P Cory Foundation, is your Croatia and Beyond! Host. Nada is a native Croatian, born in Zagreb and raised in Pokupsko. She came to the US in 1972 and her own journey beckoned her to lead a more spiritual, holistic and metaphysical life. Although she lives in Florida, Nada has never lost her love for her native country and encourages others to discover the wonders of Croatia and the Balkans. Those who are fortunate to travel on this journey of discovery, will witness firsthand, through Nada, the history of the region, hidden, undiscovered gems, and the areas of healing, energetic light. Connect and feel at one with Mother Earth and this mystical and transcendent land.
Pre-Trip Excursion Itinerary
~ Day 1 ~
June 10, 2024 Arrival at Zagreb Airport.
~ Day 2 ~
On our way Istria we are stopping at the Postojna Caves where we immerse ourselves into the spectacular beauty of a living deep caves filled with ancient stalactites and stalagmites, discovering some possible secrets they might hold.
~ Day 3 ~
Meditation at the old stone church St. Raza, a vortex known to help with female issues, visited by many locals.
A tour of olive oil making with a degustation of the local olive oil.
A walking tour through the historic Pula and its magnificent Coliseum.
Finishing the day with an authentic local cuisine and it’s specialties.
~ Day 4 ~
A private boat ride along the picturesque coastline with a fresh lunch served right on the boat in the Lim Channel setting.
A walking tour of Rovinj and it’s Mediterranean flavor.
~ Day 5 ~
Motovun the town and region known for tartufi, and all they have to offer. A tour and presentation where we learn all about tartufi, and ending this experience with delicacies for the pallet, a lunch which concludes this experience to a conclusion.
We end the day at our country lodging situated by the river Kupa.
~ Day 6 ~
Next on the itinerary is a full day experience of the Plitvice Lakes. Meditation under the numerous waterfalls, that so perfectly connect all 16 lakes as they naturally flow from one to the other.
We dine at a local place delighting in the local trout or any other local specialties.
~ Day 7 ~
The final day of this trip is our flight to Sarajevo, and if time permits, a soak in the mineral waters of Top Terme.
What a perfect ending for an already perfect week!
